Add-ons

Available with either plan

Priced per site rather than per seat, because that is how the work actually scales.

Firewall & Network Monitoring

Firewall policy management, firmware updates, VLAN and VPN configuration, and continuous monitoring of the network at one site. The starting price covers a straightforward single-firewall setup; larger or multi-device sites are quoted after the assessment.

from $150per site, per month

Servers

Server management is quoted individually

Every server environment is different. A single on-premise file server and a virtualized cluster running line-of-business applications are not the same amount of work, and pretending otherwise with a flat rate means somebody is being overcharged.

We will look at what you are running — roles, workloads, backup requirements, and how much downtime the business can absorb — then build a management plan and quote against it. Tell us how many servers you have on the contact form and they will be included in your free assessment.

What we look at

  • Number of servers, and whether they are physical, virtual, or hosted
  • Roles and workloads running on each
  • Backup, retention, and recovery requirements
  • How much downtime the business can tolerate
  • Age, warranty status, and replacement timeline
  • Any compliance obligations attached to the data they hold

Common questions

Before you ask

Is there a minimum number of workstations?

No. Pricing starts at a single seat and scales from there. If you have four employees, you pay for four workstations.

What counts as a workstation?

Any desktop or laptop we manage for a named user. A shared or kiosk machine counts as one workstation regardless of how many people sign in to it.

Why is Microsoft 365 backup included rather than an add-on?

Because Microsoft does not back up your tenant for you, and an environment without that backup is one bad afternoon away from losing mail and files permanently. We are not willing to manage one, so it is priced into both plans instead of sold as an upgrade.

How are servers priced?

Individually, after we have seen the environment. Server workloads vary too much for a flat per-server rate to be honest. See the section above for what we look at.

Are software licenses included in the price?

The tools we use to deliver the service — RMM, endpoint protection, backup, email security — are included. Microsoft 365 licenses and other vendor software you own are billed separately at cost.

What happens in a free assessment?

We review what you are running: devices, servers, network, cloud tenants, backup status, and patch levels. You get a written summary of what we found and what it would cost to manage, and you keep it whether or not you engage us.
